We were blessed to make a trip to Kansas City to see the precious Ellie Ryann. We visited the hospital yesterday and Ellie's home today!
Baby Ellie was born on Thursday so Chad and I made plans to go visit! Friday I bid on a room for the first time on Priceline. We stayed at a very nice Courtyard Mariott in Overland Park for $50! We set out for KC late Friday afternoon. Stopped in Wamego to get Chad new work boots (successful) then on to see that little girl! We met little Ellie at 8ish and retreated to our motel around 10:30. We started Saturday morning out in the pool and hot tub! Then breakfast and off to Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead - AMAZING and FREE admission. We loved it and would recommend everyone visit! They are getting ready to add two more buildings. It is set up as a Farmstead with animals (dairy barn with cattle, goats, geese, horses, buffalo, rabbits and sheep.) Toys to play on, ponds to fish in, Indian home, barn with silo slides! They have two concession stands that are not over priced! Following the Farmstead we headed to Bass Pro Shop Weston and Daddy both purchased new hats! Then lunch and off to see Miss Ellie at her home! And then we came home...
