My great grandpa Dale passed away yesterday 4.8.08. Just writing his name makes me smile. He was a great man.
Memories:
***Halloween. The Hammel family always met at grandpa Dale's to see each other in our outfits.
***We also thought he had an awesome house, the basement was "ours" to play in and what a great place to play hide and seek.
***He had a trampoline in his spare bedroom that was always a hit!
***I think back to the picture of him at Grandpa and Grandma Hammel's when he is on the four wheeler with Jordy.
Can you imagine living 101 years. That is amazing to me and living a pretty healthy life. What an accomplishment.
I love you and you will be missed Grandpa Dale.
